KYLE KLUTE, OD, FAAO
Dr. Kyle Klute is a private practice optometrist, speaker, and consultant dedicated to helping optometrists build clinically excellent, financially healthy, and culturally strong practices. He is the owner of Good Life Eyecare, a two-location practice based in the Midwest, where he focuses on delivering comprehensive primary eye care rooted in evidence-based medicine. Through his work, Dr. Klute emphasizes the evolving role of optometrists as primary eye care physicians, responsible not only for vision correction but also for the long-term management of ocular disease and patient outcomes.

TIM EARLEY, OD
Dr. Tim Earley is a 1998 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is currently practicing at Regional Eye Associates in Western Maryland, an OD/MD group practice. Dr. Earley has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of dry eye disease, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other diseases of the retina. He is a national lecturer, educator, consultant, and presenter on numerous optometric topics from surgical co-management, practice management, and ocular disease to presbyopia correction. When not consulting or treating patients, Dr. Earley enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.

CELESTA FERREIRA, OD
Dr. Ferreira is a licensed therapeutic optometrist and Dry Eye Specialist. She founded Cypress Optique in 2021 to fuse her passion for modern technology with handcrafted eyewear. She completed extensive training in ocular disease treatment and management for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, and neurologic-related eye conditions. She has also received certification and extensive training specializing in comprehensive dry eye diagnosis, treatment, and management.
Dr. Ferreira obtained her Bachelor of Science in nutrition and graduated on the dean’s list from The University of Texas at Austin. Following her time in Austin, she acquired her doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry.
