Our office has been in the heart of the medical district of Fort Worth,TX since 2012. We provide optometric eye care for the whole family and have been a referral source for medical eye health exams, neuro-vision-rehabilitation, pediatric/adult binocular disorders and scleral lenses for the surrounding Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Our optometrists have access to the latest diagnostic instrumentation. Our office also has a full time occupational therapist that our patients see for neuro-vision rehabilitation and the treatment of binocular disorders. This unique professional interdisciplinary approach allows our doctors to see patients with more advanced needs and manage the therapeutic care they receive.

Forest Creek Eye Center is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a part time and/or full time, licensed Optometrist/Therapeutic Glaucoma specialist, with comprehensive clinical skills, to join our optometric practice in Round Rock, Texas. Our preferred candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, technically sound, detailed-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
In addition to comprehensive exams, both routine and medical, glaucoma certification is required as well as experience in post-operative care. The doctor will be expected to perform complex contact lens fittings such as dailies, gas permeable and potentially scleral lenses.
Forest Creek is a comprehensive eye care facility. Our office EMR is CrystalPM. We have an in-house finishing lab and a beautiful optical complete with numerous high end frame lines. Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
