Private practice in Corpus Christi available for immediate takeover. Practice is 6 years old and is located in Moore Plaza shopping center (largest in Corpus Christi) adjacent to Circuit City. Practice grossed approximately $350K in 2007 on a very limited schedule. Low expenses (i.e. electricty, phone, and alarm). Lease is approximately $2600/month and normally goes for about $4000/month.

Office is nicely equiped with 2 full lanes of equipment. Each exam room has a Lombart/Topcon chair and stand, Lombart refraction desk, Topcon VT10 phoropter, Topcon ACP8 auto projector, and Marco Ultra 2b slit lamp (1 with HS tonometer). Preliminary testing equipment includes Humphrey 599 Autorefractor/keratometer, Reichert NCT AT550, Humphrey FDT, 3-instrument table, and 1 smaller instrument table.

Sale of practice also includes all frames and displays located in optical.
