Spotlight on Angela Nicolini, OD

Angela Nicolini, OD recently completed all the patent information for a new slit lamp designed to accommodate obese patients.

Angela Nicolini, OD graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1993. She moved to Abilene in 1995 and opened a practice (cold) next to a Montgomery Ward Optical. She opened her 2700 sq. ft. private practice, which she designed herself, in 2000. She currently has one doctor working with her and 5 support staff.

Spotlight on Darlene Jones, OD

TOWN Member earns Ironman title at World Championships

At the Ironman World Championship at Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, TOWN participant, Darlene Jones, OD, completed the 2.4 mile ocean swim, 112-mile bike ride across a lava desert, and 26.2-mile marathon in 12 hours, 58 minutes.
